Halsvik Aggregates is a wholly owned company of Aggregate industries Ltd.

The Halsvik coastal super-quarry is situated some fifty kilometres north of Bergen on the west coast of Norway. It is strategically located, with ready access to the open sea to serve the ports of the Baltic and North seas. In addition there is our new quarry at Kvaslund, near Hammerfest in the far north of Norway.

The current market area includes Poland, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, UK, Norway, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Kaliningrad and the North Sea oil industry. Halsvik Aggregates is enthusiastic to supply other market areas and is expanding its production capacity to meet these opportunities.

Stone from the quarries has many applications. The production has been supplied for covering oil and gas pipelines in the North and Barents Seas and to the construction industry for concrete and asphalt aggregate as well as to industry along with road and rail construction.
